How this planner works
Productive capacity is crew members × workday hours × productive time. The buffer is then reserved before planned Budgeted Hours are compared with capacity. This is a planning view, not a timecard or a substitute for actual production data.
What to do with the result
If capacity is negative, do not solve it by hoping the crew moves faster. Revisit scope, route sequence, staffing, schedule, or the production standard. Then compare actual production time with the budget after the work is complete.
