Software comparisons are only useful when the reader can understand where the information came from, what was tested, and when it was checked.
Source-led, not hands-on claims
Our current comparisons use official pricing pages, product documentation, support resources, terms, and other first-party material. We do not represent this research as a hands-on product test or turn vague marketing language into a feature claim.
Same workflow test
We compare products against the same operating loop: lead, estimate, scheduled work, crew handoff, completion, invoice, payment, and follow-up. This keeps recommendations tied to an operator’s constraint rather than a generic feature count.
Pricing is a timestamp
Prices and plan details change. Each comparison should show when pricing was last checked and link to the current source where appropriate.
Recommendations are contextual
There is no universal winner. A recommendation should explain what kind of operator or workflow it fits, what tradeoffs remain, and what still needs verification.
Referral relationships do not decide conclusions
Referral compensation may support the site, but it does not make a product the right choice. See the referral disclosure for more.
Updates and corrections
We review comparisons at least every 90 days and sooner when material pricing, workflow, support, or product changes are found. When a claim changes, the evidence and reviewed date are updated together. Report potential corrections through the contact information on our editorial profile.
